|Meeting Place little chalfont village hall|
In September we looked at pictures taken on our trip to Canary Wharf. Alex Brown also talked to us about creating interesting infrared images. In October we looked at members pictures with the theme ‘Shades of Summer’. Barry Hunt also showed us a couple of slide shows from trips to Belarus and Iceland. In November members had a free choice of field trip and we looked at the resulting images. Members were also invited to bring along a print that they would display somewhere and tell us why and where.
In December we will combine with the Digital Imaging Group for our usual Christmas meeting where members are invited to entertain the group with their ‘five minutes of fame’. In January Keith Hoffmeister will talk about his year with his camera. We will also look at pictures with the theme ‘Aspects of Autumn’ and discuss plans for the year ahead. In February Gill Ferguson will talk to us about photographing wildlife in the garden.
We are a friendly group and meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 2.00 in Little Chalfont Village Hall. We cover a range of topics of interest to members and have a programme of field trips to places of interest throughout the summer. New members are always welcome regardless of experience and ability.
